Payments - We have scheduled the payments / deposits in (2) installments:

1. Security Deposit of $250 in advance (refunded after unit is inspected)

2. To make reservation, 1/2 of rental amount with signed lease agreement.

3. Balance is due (1/2 of rental amount plus $250 security deposit) in full 30 days prior to check-in (other arrangements made for short notice rentals). Payments shall be in cash, check, cashiers or travelers checks. We accept PayPal.

4. In the event of cancellation it is necessary to notify the Owner/Landlord as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded.
